Esmeralda Reyes (Jean Garcia) told Alice Alice Asuncion (Bea Binene) to put the needle on the doll that represents Spade Fernandez (Derrick Monasterio). Bea then id what she was asked to do. After doing so, Spade then felt the pain in his abdomen and fell to the ground.
